What is the condition of the books you sell?We take great care in curating our collection. Our second-hand books range from gently used to well-preserved through to just readable fair condition only. Some of our books can be 100 years old and more so are showing signs of use. We provide detailed condition descriptions for each book but if you would like further information on any book please email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible

Do you buy books from customers?Yes, we do consider purchasing books from customers but this is confined to a 40 mile radius from Harleston, Norfolk. If you have rare or antiquarian books, from a few to a collection, please contact our buying department through the Contact Us page

Can I place an item on hold or reserve it?We understand that some books might be highly sought after. We offer a short-term reservation service for specific items. Contact our customer support to arrange a hold.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?No we don’t offer gift wrapping. Kent Books try to be as sustainable as possible and therefore reuse boxes, cardboard, bubble wrap etc wherever we can
